1. Acceptance
By accessing or using BigBrain Hyperbolic Hashing & Binary Analysis (BBHHBA) technologies, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this Terms of Service, you may not access our services.
2. Rights and Restrictions
- Users may access and interact with BBHHBA technologies for their intended purposes, including binary analysis and hyperbolic hashing operations.
- Users must not decompile, reverse engineer, or modify BBHHBA software without prior written approval.
- Commercial use requires an Enterprise license (see License Agreement).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
BBHHBA retains all rights, including trademarks and copyrights, related to its technologies, software, and documentation. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services as described in the License Agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BBHHBA or its affiliates be liable for:
- Damages arising from user negligence
- Direct or indirect service disruptions
- Loss of profits or goodwill
This limitation applies even if warned of potential damage, and in jurisdictions where this may not apply.
5. Dispute Resolution
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these terms will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Techtopia, Zone 42.

6. Common Questions
What happens if I violate the Terms?
Your access may be terminated, and further unauthorized use is prohibited. In severe cases, legal action may be taken in accordance with Techtopia's Digital Rights Enforcement Ordinance 2077.
Can these terms change?
Yes. We may update these terms periodically. Updates will be communicated via email, SMS, or in-app notifications. Continued use implies agreement to revised terms.
What is BBHHBA's governing law?
These terms are governed by the laws of Techtopia, Zone 42, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Quantum Computing and Binary Standards Court.
