Purchase orders are processed 24/7. Service activation occurs immediately following successful payment verification.

Billing Cycles

Subscriptions charge on the same calendar day each month. If that date falls on a holiday, billing occurs the following business day.

Pro Ration Policy

Upgrades/downgrades are always prorated from the date of change. No extra charges for partial months.

Service Credits

Credits issued for service outages are calculated based on the number of affected services, duration of outage, and your monthly charges.
