1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.
3. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate visibility or bypass restrictions is prohibited.
4. We may suspend/delete accounts violating these terms or engaging in predatory behavior.

1. Upload only original works or have full rights to use/share materials.
2. Do not include NFT-related spam, cryptocurrency scams, or explicit content.
3. Respect other creators: do not plagiarize, harass, or defame others.
4. We may remove content violating our policies and will provide appeals process.

• Bullying, hate speech, or sharing private/sensitive information
• Manipulating search results or user visibility through spamming
• Selling counterfeit goods or stolen intellectual property
• Using automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform

You retain ownership of your original content, but grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to distribute and display it as part of our platform.

We reserve all rights to our platform architecture, branding elements, and interactive features not licensed to users.

Your account and rights can be terminated if:

• You violate any terms provision
• Activities pose legal risk to the company
• We cease operations in relevant jurisdictions

You may disable your account by contacting support. All content will be deleted, and reinstatement requires approval.
