InsightCo provides strategic consulting and AI-powered insights through its digital platform. Our services include:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during consulting engagements. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of three (3) years.

5. Payment & Pricing

Payment terms vary depending on the service and engagement level. All pricing is quoted in USD and is subject to change upon 30 days' notice. Our pricing calculator provides estimated costs based on your business requirements.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice. Active engagements will remain bound by confidentiality obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

InsightCo's liability for any damages arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflict of law principles.
