By using our API services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge you've reviewed all policies including our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our API services in compliance with all local, state, national, and international laws. You may not use the service to:
- • Violate any copyright law or intellectual property rights
- • Engage in spamming or phishing activities
- • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access control mechanisms
Your use of the service must be solely for legitimate business purposes related to application development.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We recommend:
- • Enabling 2FA for all API keys
- • Regularly rotating API access tokens
- • Monitoring account activity logs
Any activity through your account will be attributed to you until we receive written notice of a compromise.
3. Prohibited Activities
- • Sending unsolicited commercial communications
- • Attempting to reverse-engineer the API
- • Creating mirrored services
- • Using the service to distribute malware
4. Payment Terms
For premium usage tiers:
- • Invoices are issued monthly via your account dashboard
- • Payment must be processed within 15 business days
- • Late payment will suspend API access
All users are eligible for a 30-day billing grace period during which they can review charges.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to:
• Suspend accounts violating these terms immediately
• Modify or discontinue any part of the service with 30 days notice
• Require documentation verification for usage above 10M monthly calls
