1. What Data We Collect

We collect:

• Account Data: Email address, password hash, and profile settings
• Usage Data: Interaction logs, query history, and API usage
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info, OS version
• Security Data: Login attempts, 2FA records, and security events
• Payment Data: For commercial users (stored with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance)

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide & improve our distributed computing platform
To personalize your experience based on usage patterns
To enforce our EULA and prevent abuses
To send administrative notifications about service changes
To analyze quantum workload distribution patterns

3. Data Retention

Data is retained for:

• 180 days post-account deletion via our Data Removal Portal
• 7 years for payment records (required by tax regulations)
• 30 days for session logs in our developer console

4. Data Sharing

We never sell data, but may share:

• Anonymized metrics with quantum research partners
• Security incident details with CERT teams
• Payment info with Stripe and PayPal partners
