By accessing or using LambdaThetaMu services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services in accordance with these terms and for your internal business or personal purposes.

• Access to quantum computing resources via our API and SDK.
• Use of developer tools for creating and managing quantum workloads.
• Access to our distributed quantum grid computing infrastructure.

🚫 3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software.
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our platform.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

🔐 4. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: Protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Accurate Data: Ensure any data submitted through our quantum grid is accurate and complies with all applicable laws.
• Compliance: Adhere to export, sanctions, and cybersecurity laws when using quantum processing power.

⚠️ 5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violations of these terms. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

⚖ 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LambdaThetaMu is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service outages caused by third-party providers.
• Loss of revenue or data resulting from quantum computation limitations.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to these terms exceeds the fees paid by you during the prior 12 months.

⚖ 7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts for any disputes.
