While we implement robust security measures, as a platform facilitating decentralized grid computing, users are responsible for the security of their endpoint devices and data shared through the platform. Yes and no. Our developer tier requires a commercial license for production use. Academic and non-profit users may access our API suite under the Apache 2.0 license. Always check the specific terms for each service in our API documentation.

We comply with the GDPR, CLOUD Act, and local regulations in the EU, US, and APAC regions. Users subject to OFAC sanctions or in Crimea, Iran, North Korea, or Syria cannot access our services. See full jurisdictional terms in Section 8 of our User Agreement.
