Terms of Service

EN55A ("we", "us", or "our") provides AI, blockchain, and quantum computing solutions to clients worldwide. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.

By accessing or using our services, you accept and agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age and capacity to agree to these terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business purposes.

Pricing and payment are outlined in your contract or proposal with EN55A. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if payments are overdue for more than 30 days.

All content, documentation, and deliverables created by EN55A during our service provision remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed contract.

You retain ownership of your data but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for service provision purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EN55A shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with these terms.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months prior to the first occurrence of the claim.

Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Galactic Tech Union Dispute Resolution Protocol.
