Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between You and EAZD ("Company," "we," or "us"), regarding the use of our software-as-a-service platform (the "Service").

  • By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
  • Unauthorized access or distribution of the Service is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice to users.

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. The Service contains the trade secrets of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.

2. User Obligations

  • Abide by all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify Service components
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Report security vulnerabilities immediately
  • Respect the rights of other users and third parties

3. Account Security

You shall ensure that your account is kept secure. The Company is not liable for unauthorized usage resulting from poor security practices.

4. Termination

User Termination

You may terminate your account by visiting the account settings. Termination is immediate upon request.

Company Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or policy abuse.

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • • Direct or indirect damages arising from service use
  • • User content or actions outside our platform
  • • Outages due to force majeure events

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

6. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Notice Period

Either party must provide 30 days written notice before initiating arbitration proceedings.
