These terms remain in effect for as long as you use our services. We may suspend or terminate your access to any service at any time, without notice, for any reason related to your use of the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact our support team at hello@domatras.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOMATRAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or usage.

In no event shall DOMATRAS's total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these terms and sending notice through the contact information we have for you.

Your continued use of the service after we make changes is deemed to accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to any revised version, you must cease using our services.
