Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using sech services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. These agreements are governed by United Kingdom law.

2. Scope of Service

sech provides cryptographic identity solutions including decentralized identifiers (DIDs), verifiable credentials, and verification APIs. All services require TLS 1.3+ encryption.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain secure key storage and access control
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not reverse engineer or decompile cryptographic libraries
  • Report security vulnerabilities using our responsible disclosure program

4. Termination

sech may suspend or terminate services for policy violations without notice. Unused service credits will not be refunded.

End-User License Agreement

This EULA grants you limited rights to use sech cryptographic libraries under the following conditions:

  • • May not be decompiled or reverse-engineered
  • • May not be redistributed commercially
  • • Requires FIPS 140-2 certified cryptographic modules
  • • Must use proper key escrow solutions for enterprise clients
  • • Limited to lawful identity authentication purposes
