- Penalties: Auto-remediation systems will execute for policy violations
2. User Accountabilities
- Maintain account security and verify all access requests
- Report vulnerabilities via our security framework
3. Content Guidelines
- Content must adhere to GDPR Article 9 compliance
- Automated audits will occur via AI moderation systems
- Non-conforming data will be quarantined per Ελιωτη policy
4. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to discontinue services or features. All users will receive 30 days advance notice prior to any deprecation, with automated migration scripts provided where applicable.
5. Liability Waivers
- Ελιωτη will not be liable for damages arising from service outages
- User-generated content remains the property of its creators
- Third-party services may impose their own liability terms
