2. Ελέμ Services

Ελέμ provides:

• Cloud storage with encryption
• Collaboration platform
• Document management tools

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Only use services legally
• Not attempt unauthorized access
• Keep account secure at all times

4. Content

Ελέμ does not:

• Monitor user content creation
• Review file metadata
• Retain file history

5. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Keeping credentials secure
• Notating device rotations
• Reviewing activity logs

6. Termination

We will notify you 30 days before termination with:

• 15 days to access your data
• Remaining 15 days for data deletion
• Unclaimed data purged after 30 days

7. Modifications

We update these terms quarterly. Major changes:

• Notified via dashboard alerts
• Posted on privacy@%CE%B5%ce%BB%ce%ad%ce%bc.net
• Effective after 30 days posting

8. Governing Law

Disputes resolved under GDPR with:
