  • Design elements and user interfaces
  • Trademarks and service marks

You Own:

  • Content you generate using our tools
  • Data you upload to the platform

5. Limitations of Liability

Zegeisa is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure
  • Unauthorized use of the Services by you

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County.
