About the Role
Technical Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 2+ peer-reviewed papers in top ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, CVPR, etc)
- Expertise in distributed training systems and optimization algorithms
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML frameworks
We'd Love If You Have
- Leadership in academic/ml research teams
- Experience with hardware acceleration (TPUs, GPUs)
- Domain knowledge in computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with ml system architecture
- Track record of commercializing research outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead fundamental and applied research in ml
- Build prototypes and experimental systems to validate new concepts
- Collaborate with engineering to integrate research into our platform
