What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for all plans. Monthly plans support all card types while annual payments require card verification.

How to change payment method?

Go to Billing Settings > Payment Methods and click "Edit" under your current payment option. Add your new payment details and verify.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time through your Account Settings. Pro subscriptions will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

How to request an invoice?

All invoices are available in the Transaction History section. You'll find downloadable PDFs for all past payments.

When are charges applied?

Charges occur immediately upon purchase for monthly plans. Annual plans charge upfront with renewal dates shown in your Billing Dashboard.

What is your refund policy?

We offer 60-day money back guarantee for new subscribers who cancel within first two months. Please contact Billing Support with proof of purchase.
