Neural style transfer uses deep learning models to apply the "style" of one image (like Van Gogh's brushstrokes) to another image while preserving content features. My implementation combines these techniques with:

This implementation uses a modified VGG19 neural network for feature extraction and style mapping. The key innovation is the dynamic blending of classical art styles with modern generative techniques to create what we call "neural dreams".
