Position Overview

📍 Remote with option for office in Geneva or Boston

🕒 Full-time, 6-month contract with possible extension

💼 Senior Level (7-10 years experience required)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design open APIs for emerging web standards specifications
✅ Collaborate with W3C working groups on API implementation guides
✅ Develop documentation frameworks for technical specifications
✅ Conduct interoperability testing across browser implementations

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

→ Expert in REST/SOAP API design patterns
→ 5+ years API architecture in standards organizations
→ Deep understanding of W3C standards lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

→ Experience with JSON-LD and Linked Data
→ Background in semantic web technologies
