1. Overview
Orbital7 provides cloud-based infrastructure solutions to businesses and individuals through our web-based platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our rights to enforce them at any time. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Orbital7 Technologies Inc.
2. User Agreements
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Maintaining secure account credentials and reporting security breaches immediately
- Not distributing, reverse-engineering, or modifying our proprietary software
- Not engaging in DDoS attacks, phishing, or other malicious activities
- Adhering to bandwidth and storage limits specified in your subscription plan
Violations may result in service suspension or termination without refund.
3. Service Limitations
Our services are provided with the following limitations:
- 99.9% uptime SLA excluding scheduled maintenance windows
- Data storage limits as specified in your subscription agreement
- Content filtering systems to enforce policy compliance
- Bandwidth throttling for free-tier users exceeding fair usage thresholds
- No warranty for third-party applications or hardware integrations
We reserve the right to update these limitations with 30 days' notice.
4. Subscription Management
Billing occurs automatically at plan renewal. You can manage subscriptions or cancel at any time through your Billing Settings.
Refunds are processed according to our refund policy, which excludes:
- Usage-based charges for consumed resources
- Early termination fees for enterprise contracts
- Unused partial months under prorated refund policies
5. Termination & Account Closure
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in illegal or harmful activities
- Remain inactive for 180 consecutive days
Terminated accounts will have data purged after 30 days. Closed accounts can be reactivated for a fee within 90 days.
