You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Maintaining secure account credentials and reporting security breaches immediately
• Not distributing, reverse-engineering, or modifying our proprietary software
• Not engaging in DDoS attacks, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Adhering to bandwidth and storage limits specified in your subscription plan

Violations may result in service suspension or termination without refund.

Our services are provided with the following limitations:

• 99.9% uptime SLA excluding scheduled maintenance windows
• Data storage limits as specified in your subscription agreement
• Content filtering systems to enforce policy compliance
• Bandwidth throttling for free-tier users exceeding fair usage thresholds
• No warranty for third-party applications or hardware integrations

We reserve the right to update these limitations with 30 days' notice.

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy, which excludes:

• Usage-based charges for consumed resources
• Early termination fees for enterprise contracts
• Unused partial months under prorated refund policies

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in illegal or harmful activities
• Remain inactive for 180 consecutive days

Terminated accounts will have data purged after 30 days. Closed accounts can be reactivated for a fee within 90 days.
