Call for Proposals
RustConf invites speakers to submit proposals across a variety of tracks, including systems programming, language design and development, open source contributions, and more. Whether you're a seasoned Rustacean or a newcomer with a fresh perspective, we want to hear from you!
The deadline for submissions is October 30, 2025. Submissions will be reviewed by a committee of volunteers, and notifications will be sent out by November 10, 2025.
Submission Categories
Talks
A 30- to 50-minute presentation on a topic related to Rust.
Workshops
An in-depth, hands-on session for attendees to learn by doing.
BoF Sessions

How to Apply
Submissions can be made via our online form. You will be asked to provide:
- Your name, email, and affiliations (if any)
- A title for your proposal
- An abstract or summary of what you want to talk about

Tips for Proposals
We encourage you to think creatively about your session. Tell us why your topic is exciting, what you want attendees to learn, and how it relates to Rust, the Rust community, or systems development in the broader ecosystem.
