1. How to Report Infringement

Filing a DMCA Notice:

  • Include your physical or electronic signature
  • Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identify the material to be removed and provide information sufficient to locate the work
  • Include your address, telephone number, and email address
  • State under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate
  • Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

2. Notice Requirements

Required Elements:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
  • Your name and address and contact information
  • A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the owner
  • Declaration under penalty of perjury that the information you provided is accurate

3. Our Response to Notices

Process:

  • We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 10 business days
  • Infringing material will be removed or disabled immediately
  • A notice will be sent to the user who originally posted the content
  • We maintain records of all DMCA notices for 90 days
  • We do not accept takedown notices from unverified parties

4. Counter-Notice

Filing a Counter-Notice:

  • Include your physical signature and name
  • Identify the content that was removed
  • Include your contact information
  • State under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • We may reinstate content up to 10 business days after receiving a proper counter-notice
  • Notices should be sent to the address below
