2. Booking & Payments
- Booking requires a deposit of 15% of the total holiday cost..
- Full payment must be made 90 days before departure..
- Cancellation charges apply as per our refund policy (see section 6).).
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate travel information (passport details, medical conditions, etc.).
- Ensure passport is valid for at least 6 months after travel dates..
- Inform us of any special requirements 30 days before departure..
4. Travel Information
Travel documents and confirmation emails are sent 7 days prior to departure. We recommend reviewing these carefully before travel.
We may adjust flight times or accommodation details within reason without notice. Any such changes will be communicated promptly.
5. Liability
"Jet2 Holidays shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense caused by its agents or representatives unless due to its own direct negligence."
We cannot be held responsible for acts of god, war, political unrest, or third-party actions that may affect travel arrangements.
