1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Lithium Corporation regarding your access to and use of Lithium Epsilon services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. License to Use Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lithium grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use our online platform for energy optimization simulations.
• Use the software as a service (SaaS) for commercial purposes under your subscription plan.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software in any way.

3. Restrictions

Your use of the service must comply with these prohibitions:

• Using the service to develop or support nuclear weapons or other restricted applications.
• Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code into our systems.
• Attempting to bypass our security measures or access controls.

4. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through:

• Email notification at least 30 days prior to the effective date.
• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Governing Law

Unless otherwise specified, these Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland, without giving effect to its international treaties or conflict laws.
