Overview

You'll be designing and iterating on the next generation of AI development tools that help data scientists, developers, and business leaders collaborate on complex AI projects. Your work will directly impact how our clients interact with AI systems across hundreds of enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Create intuitive, highly usable interfaces for complex machine learning workflows
Work directly with engineers and data scientists to translate requirements into elegant UI/UX patterns
Lead UX research efforts including user testing, interviews, and analytics to inform design decisions
Design for multi-environment experiences covering web, mobile, and in-IDE extensions

Qualifications

5+ years designing complex software interfaces
Bachelor's or higher in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
Proven experience with AI/ML workflows, data visualization, and enterprise software design
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
Experience working with agile development cycles
