• Courses created by platform instructors
• Trademarks including the LumiNLearn brand
• Our database of learning content

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

Your use of our Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users.

By using our services, you consent to all processing activities described in our privacy policy and these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including:

• Breaching these terms
• Failure to provide accurate information
• Repeated violation of community guidelines
• Wealth or service changes

Terminated accounts cannot reapply or request content restoration. We'll notify you via email if we take this action.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. You must bring disputes to Helsininkatu 22, Espoo, Finland.
