Vegetable Stir Fry

Description

Quick and easy stir fry with mixed vegetables. Customize with your favorite sauce.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
