By signing this agreement, you enable us to use, modify, and distribute your code under our licensing model.
Overview
This CLA ensures our ability to distribute and maintain contributions to projects under governance. It does not restrict how you use the software, but defines the rights we need to operate the infrastructure.
Rights Grant
- Permission to distribute your contributions
- Right to modify and sublicense code
- License to use trademarks in code context
- Right to sublicense to dependents
Key Limitations
- • You retain copyright ownership
- • No exclusive rights are transferred
- • License applies only to the software
- • Cannot revoke license after 30 days
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with proper notice.
Termination Effects:
- Project maintains all rights acquired under this CLA
- Distribution obligations remain until termination is processed
- Licensing rights expire immediately upon termination
