Role Overview

As a Clinical Trial Manager at Genetikos, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational execution of our clinical trials. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure the successful progression of our cutting-edge genetic therapies through clinical development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure protocol compliance for all trial phases following FDA and ICH guidelines
  • Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities
  • Coordinate with Data Managers, Statisticians, and Regulatory Affairs
  • Manage budget forecasts and trial timelines across global sites

Qualifications

  • BS/MS or PhD in Life Sciences or related field
  • 3+ years in clinical research operations
  • Experience with GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in CTMS systems
