FreshBooks is built to empower users with financial transparency and support. We value and protect a safe and inclusive community. We do not tolerate harmful content, harassment, or actions that undermine the trust and safety of our users.

What We Won’t Allow

• Hate speech targeting identity:

  We do not tolerate threats, hate-based speech, discrimination or any other harmful and offensive content based on race, gender, age, nationality, religion, or identity-related expression.

• Bully and Threat-Based Content:

  Harassment, threats, bullying or inciting harm or violence against users is a strict violation and will result in account action.

• Spam and Misinformation:

  False or misleading information, scamming activities, fraudulent behavior or deceptive activity will not be tolerated.

How to Report Policy Violations

If you encounter a user engaging in any of the above actions, This is the process:

   Document Details – Note the date, type of content, and any related context.

   Submit a Report: Use the Report button embedded in user tools, or use this public form here on this page.

When you file a report, you will need to:

• Describe the reported activity clearly and precisely.
• Include relevant details that identify the content or behavior.

Describe the issue: Please provide screenshots or URLs if applicable.

Upload images or links directly if possible for clarity. If you don’t have evidence or context, describe the content or behavior briefly and include any relevant dates/identifiers.

Send Report Your submission will be kept confidential. We'll review all reports within 48 hours.
