4. Data Rights & Ownership

All content on our platform, including smart contracts, NFTs, and blockchain data, is owned by Exoc.Tech or its licensors unless otherwise specified. You own the NFTs you purchase, but your use is subject to our Terms and smart contract rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exoc.Tech shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to blockchain vulnerabilities
• Market price fluctuations of NFTs or tokens
• Interrupted service during blockchain upgrades

6. Changes to Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. We'll provide notice of material changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for spam, fraud, or other unauthorized activities.
