Service Downtime:
We strive for 99.9% uptime. In case of unplanned outages, we'll notify users through status page and email.
Esenniiiia may terminate your API access with no notice if violations of these terms are detected. You may also request account deletion through your profile settings, which will permanently remove all data associated with your API key.
All data and results produced through our services may not be recoverable after termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esenniiiia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total damages shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 30-day period.
