You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must not:

• Solicit login credentials for any Engotssa service
• Use automated means to access our services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use our services for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes

You acknowledge that all trademarks, logos, service marks, design elements, and other brand features (collectively "Engotssa Trademarks") displayed on our services are the property of Engotssa, our subsidiaries, or our third-party partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our Trademarks or other proprietary content or materials, including any user interfaces, without our prior written permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination or suspension, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You agree that termination or suspension of your account or access to our services may be immediate and without warning.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the EU courts.
