Terms of Service
Agreement outlining the rules governing the use of emre.λp services, technologies, and platforms.
1. Scope
This document establishes terms for using Emre Labs' decentralized identity protocols, cryptographic tools, and developer platform. These terms apply to all users, developers, and enterprises (collectively "You") accessing or interacting with any λ Protocol service.
2. Account Obligations
- Maintain secure control of private keys and credentials
- Not participate in malicious activities including DDoS or contract exploitation
- Comply with all relevant data privacy regulations including GDPR and HIPAA
3. Prohibited Activities
Users may not: (1) attempt to reverse engineer any λ Protocol implementation; (2) use services to perform illegal activities; (3) distribute malware through any network; or (4) engage in any form of financial manipulation through smart contract vulnerabilities.
4. Data Rights
You retain ownership of data uploaded to λ Protocol. By submitting data, you grant us broad rights to use, modify, and improve the service, including for research and development purposes, while ensuring your identity remains anonymous through our quantum-resistant encryption protocols.
5. Disclaimers
The λ Protocol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee system uptime beyond standard SLA commitments (99.9% monthly availability). Users bear full responsibility for validating smart contract transactions and verifying cryptographic proofs.
6. Service Changes
We may modify or discontinue any feature with 30 days' notice. Major protocol upgrades requiring user action will be announced through our developer portal, GitHub repositories, and Discord community channels with at least 60 days advance warning.
