• Data loss in decentralized demo environments
• Errors in quantum-approximation simulations
• Service interruptions during proof-of-concept testing

This applies even if we were advised of potential issues.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these terms
• Abuse of demo environments through brute force
• Spam or malicious attempts to exploit experimental features
• Engaging in cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission

Users will receive advance notice via registered email address.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and State of California. By using any Ellineses service, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco County.
