1. Agreement Acceptance

By accessing or using Elivia Delta's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after changes, you consent to the new terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You may only create one account per person unless approved by Elivia Delta.
  • Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with others.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  • Engage in unauthorized scraping, harvesting, or automated data collection.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or to exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Attempt to access non-public areas or impersonate another user.
  • Upload harmful content, including malware or phishing attempts.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and/or legal action.

4. Ownership & Licensing

All content, features, and functionality on Elivia Delta are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

  • Our quantum computing interface designs and systems
  • AI-driven tools and algorithms
  • Blockchain-based identity solutions

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without explicit written permission.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for any violation of these terms. Unilateral termination by you requires a 7-day notice to support@elivia.delta.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of materials obtained through our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States State of California. All disputes must first be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA before pursuing legal action.
