elink provides a satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. We aim to resolve requests within 7 business days for eligible customers.
2. Eligibility
Refunds may be granted for:
- Service errors caused by elink
- Unsubscribed or changed service needs
- Unreported technical issues within 30 days
3. Request Process
Follow these steps:
- Email support@elink.com from your registered account
- Include your order ID and issue summary
- Review team will respond within 2 business days
4. Processing Time
Once approved refunds:
- Average processing time of 3-5 business days
- Payment method determines final processing (credit cards may take longer)
- Receipt confirmation sent via email
5. Exceptions
No refunds for:
- Canceled subscriptions with active term agreements
- Non-technical service disputes
- Referral or loyalty program points
