elink provides a satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. We aim to resolve requests within 7 business days for eligible customers.

2. Eligibility

Refunds may be granted for:

  • Service errors caused by elink
  • Unsubscribed or changed service needs
  • Unreported technical issues within 30 days

3. Request Process

Follow these steps:

  1. Email support@elink.com from your registered account
  2. Include your order ID and issue summary
  3. Review team will respond within 2 business days

4. Processing Time

Once approved refunds:

  • Average processing time of 3-5 business days
  • Payment method determines final processing (credit cards may take longer)
  • Receipt confirmation sent via email

5. Exceptions

No refunds for:

  • Canceled subscriptions with active term agreements
  • Non-technical service disputes
  • Referral or loyalty program points
