1. Copyright Policy

All content on the Elfa platform, including documentation, code samples, and design assets, is protected by international copyright laws and is the intellectual property of Elfa Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without prior written consent.

This includes but is not limited to API definitions, technical documentation, UI components, and open source projects hosted under the Elfa organization.

2. License Agreement

Elfa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our content for:

  • • Personal learning and development purposes
  • • Integration with your own applications under Elfa's API terms
  • • Internal documentation and knowledge sharing

Commercial use of Elfa's content requires a separate licensing agreement.

3. User Contributions

By submitting content to the Elfa platform through our API console, documentation portals, or community forums, you grant Elfa a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • • Host, distribute, and display your content
  • • Modify content for editorial and quality control
  • • Use content in Elfa's marketing materials

You retain all underlying intellectual property rights in your submissions.
