Requirements

4+ years Rust development (DeFi experience a plus)
Expertise in Substrate frame development
Strong grasp of cryptographic primitives
Web3 stack experience (EVM, zk-SNARKs preferred)
Familiar with Rust async runtime patterns
Open to mentoring junior developers
