Terms of Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this platform, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to amend policies with a 30-day notice via email or this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes agreement with the revised terms.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Distributing malicious code or harmful content
  • Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory practices
  • Creating synthetic identities or AI-generated personas to misrepresent intent

Violations will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.

3. Data Rights & Privacy

You retain ownership of your content. We implement blockchain-based data provenance tracking to maintain transparent access logs. User data is encrypted at rest and in transit using quantum-resistant cryptographic standards.

4. Termination Rights

Either party may terminate access with 90 days notice. Upon termination, all user data will be anonymized and purged from active systems within 48 hours. Archived data remains subject to legal discovery requirements.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration per the Geneva International Dispute Resolution Convention. The official language of proceedings is English (US).

6. Ethical AI Use

  1. AI tools must not be used for content generation without user attribution
  2. De-personalized data may only be used for analytics with explicit consent
  3. Users must disclose any AI-generated content in public discourse
