2. Service Access

Your access to quantum APIs requires registration and creation of a quantum computing profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your quantum access credentials.

3. Usage Restrictions

• You shall not interfere with or attempt to access quantum computing systems beyond your authorized scope
• No unauthorized duplication of quantum API keys or quantum circuit configurations
• Prohibited: Quantum entanglement experiments on unauthorized qubit grids
• No reverse engineering of quantum optimization algorithms

4. Payment Terms

For paid quantum services, payment is due in full at the time of access. Our quantum processors use advanced tokenization, and billing cycles are synchronized with quantum state verification systems.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access for violation of these terms, or if our quantum systems detect anomalous usage patterns potentially disrupting our quantum coherence.

6. Disclaimer

Quantum computing is inherently probabilistic. While we strive for qubit stability, occasional quantum state fluctuations may impact results. We're not liable for outcomes resulting from quantum uncertainty.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the quantum-computing regulations of the jurisdiction where our quantum servers are entangled. Disputes will be resolved via quantum-entangled arbitration protocols.
