1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Elbioda's services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Elbioda provides human-centered AI solutions, digital collaboration tools, and ethical technology design services. Our platform allows clients to build intelligent systems that prioritize user experience and transparency.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws.
• Prohibited actions: any attempts to disrupt services, unauthorized access, or distribution of prohibited content.
• Users must respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for Elbioda services must be paid within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments over 45 days.

5. Content Ownership

All content created by Elbioda remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client data is stored securely and retained for 90 days after service termination.

6. Termination & Discontinuation

Either party may terminate this agreement with 60 days written notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 45 days advance notice.

7. Amendments

Elbioda reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days prior notice to affected clients. Continued use of services after amendments constitutes acceptance.
