Academic Policies

Students are expected to adhere to academic integrity policies. Plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized collaboration is strictly prohibited.

Enrollment in programs requires full commitment. Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 to remain in good standing.

Attendance is required for all registered classes. Excessive absence may result in administrative withdrawal.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, lectures, and research produced by faculty are the property of Elademicus University unless otherwise noted.

Students retain ownership of their academic work unless it is published under the university's editorial guidelines.

Any unauthorized use of university resources for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Data Privacy

Elademicus University complies with GDPR and national laws to protect student and staff personal information.

Data collected includes name, contact information, academic records, and financial details. This data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

Users may request access to, or deletion of their data by contacting the Data Protection Officer at compliance@elademicus.edu.gr.

Acceptable Use Policy

Access to university resources (internet, facilities, systems) is granted for academic and administrative purposes only.

Prohibited activities include unauthorized hacking, distribution of malware, and misuse of network capacity.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access rights, as well as disciplinary action.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic. All users agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in Athens.

Elademicus University reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes.
