• Redistribution requires compliance with applicable licenses (typically MIT + CLA)
• Commercial use requires separate agreement

• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Distribute malicious content
• Harass other users

Except as noted in licenses, all rights to the Services are retained by elλβν. This includes but is not limited to:

• Software binaries and source code
• Documentation and tutorials
• Branding and logos
• Underlying architecture and algorithms

We may terminate or suspend your access to Services for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Security risks
• Prolonged inactivity (after 180 days)
• Court orders or legal requirements

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
