Role Overview

As a Design Lead, you'll guide the strategic direction of our entire product design team, shaping how millions of users interact with our smart home systems and AI-powered enterprise solutions. You'll work closely with engineering and product management to ensure our designs are both innovative and technically viable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design strategy for all products including smart home systems, enterprise AI tools, and upcoming quantum computing interfaces
  • Act as creative director for our 50+ person design team, including UX, UI, motion, and research disciplines
  • Establish design systems that maintain consistency across our web, mobile, and hardware interfaces
  • Lead cross-functional roadmap planning with engineers, product, and executive teams
  • Represent design in executive meetings and make strategic decisions about product direction

We're Looking For

  • At least 10+ years of senior design leadership experience in tech
  • Proven track record of shipping complex AI/ML-based product experiences
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for both minimalism and high-tech aesthetics
  • Experience creating and maintaining enterprise-grade design systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions to stakeholders
