1. Eligibility

• By accessing or using Eggris services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
• Minors must have parental consent to use our services.
• You may not use our services if you are prohibited from doing so under U.S. or local law.

2. Subscription & Payment

• All charges are billed in advance for the service period selected.
• If auto-renewal is enabled, your payment method on file will be charged 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You agree to pay all fees in accordance with our Pricing page. Changes to fees will be communicated in advance.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Distribute malicious software or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts to interact with our services
• Resell or sublicense our services

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breaches of these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use our services will automatically terminate, and we may delete your data and cancel any pending transactions.
