By using eggnissa's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing your access to our platform, commissioned artworks, and digital experiences.

- By commissioning a piece or interacting with our platform, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that eggnissa may update these terms at any time.
- These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eggnissa. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Services and Commissioning
- All commissioned pieces are unique algorithmic creations, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
- Payment is required in full before the commissioning process begins. Pricing is outlined in our Pricing section.
- Revisions are limited to the windows specified in your pricing tier and may require additional fees for significant changes.
3. Intellectual Property
- eggnissa retains full rights to the algorithmic models and underlying code used to create commissioned pieces.
- Commissioned artworks are licensed to you under Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 licensing unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
- Commercial use of any eggnissa art requires written approval and may involve additional licensing fees.
4. Termination and Refunds
- eggnissa reserves the right to cancel or suspend commissioning processes for non-payment, breach of terms, or failure to meet deadlines.
- No refunds are provided except in cases of eggnissa's failure to deliver commissioned work within 12 months of payment.
