All quantum algorithms, infrastructure, and software are protected by copyright and other rights. Users may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute our quantum computing systems.

3. User Content

Content shared via quantum simulations must not contain confidential data, sensitive information, or materials violating export laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

EGEGAS is not liable for any indirect damages, quantum computation errors, or third-party actions arising from service usage.

5. Termination

Violations may result in immediate termination of access to quantum resources, without notice or refund.
