Annual Base

Key Responsibilities

Program Development

  • Design academic support programs for chapters
  • Develop leadership training curricula

Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Lead mentorship programs connecting alumni with members
  • Partner with alumni to create educational resources

Assessment & Feedback

  • Track chapter engagement and program effectiveness
  • Review participant feedback for program improvements

Strategic Planning

  • Plan annual academic and leadership events
  • Coordinate with executive to set long-term academic goals

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's in Education, Leadership, or related field
  • 3+ years curriculum design experience
  • Experience with university/college education programs
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Education or related field
  • Background in fraternity/sorority leadership programs
  • Knowledge of academic advising strategies
  • Experience with digital learning tools
