As our Fraternity Technology Developer, you'll architect the software infrastructure supporting chapters, member platforms, and administrative systems.

Annual Base

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Develop and maintain chapter member management software platforms
  • Create mobile applications for chapter scheduling and event planning

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead a team of 4-6 software engineers in agile workflows
  • Work with chapter advisors to identify software needs

Security & Compliance

  • Implement data security protocols and FERPA compliance
  • Conduct quarterly software security audits

Technology Leadership

  • Develop new features for chapter communication and mentorship platforms
  • Lead technology roadmap planning with executive leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Experience

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years professional software development experience
  • Expert in JavaScript, Python, and cloud architecture
  • Experience with React, Node.js, and AWS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fraternity/sorority experience or student leadership
  • Knowledge of campus software ecosystems
  • Experience with educational technology platforms
  • Track record of product development
